Gear For Sports® recognizes the rights of all workers to exercise their lawful rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining and forbid retaliation against any worker engaged in an organizing activity. China does not at this time recognize a worker’s right to organize. Gear For Sports® is currently reviewing its factory partners in China and will soon announce its position on Chinese manufactured goods.
